About me
I love people – there, I’ve said it! But more than that, I love it when people perform to the best of their ability and reach or even exceed their potential.
Working with individuals, teams and whole businesses I help you to identify your potential, highlight how you are performing today, and what and how you can improve. I then help you to define your objectives and develop and deliver engaged, purposeful and fun learning & development activities to help you succeed.
The focus I give you is not only on personal performance, but also what you can do individually and as a team to drive your team and business performance – after all, a business can only perform and hit its targets if the team is in good shape!
So, who am I?
I am Sarah Fountain and after working my way up the corporate HR and L&D ladder for 22 years I took a leap of faith and set up my own business in 2017. My corporate background was predominantly in hotels and retail, but working as an independent consultant has opened up my eyes wide to a whole host of other sectors, including restaurants, holiday companies, construction, manufacturing, distribution, professional services, golf clubs, leisure attractions, and education. In January 2022 I was extremely proud to be awarded Chartered Fellowship of the CIPD for my experience, skills, knowledge and contribution to the world of people at work (even though it reminded me how old I actually am!).

All solutions are tailored to your business, your goals, your objectives and your people. There is nothing “off the shelf” here!
I am engaging in all my interactions, whether building our relationship from scratch, having a 1:1 coaching session or facilitating a workshop for a roomful of eager learners.
I bring an element of fun in all that I do – we will only grow and improve in ourselves if we enjoy what we are doing and can see the value it brings both personally and professionally.
